Prior to joining Tuatara, Mr. Taney was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Curaleaf, Inc. Mr. Taney currently serves on the Board of Directors of Greenlane Holdings, Inc. Previously, he was the founding member of T2 Capital Management and SandPiper Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, Mr. Taney spent over 20 years advising institutional and high-net-worth clients at Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Securities.
